How We Use Your InformationWe use your information to:- Provide, operate, and improve the Services;- Process payments, manage your account, and administer your Wash Club membership and renewals;- Send transactional messages (receipts, membership confirmations, renewal and price-change notices, and cancellation confirmations);- Send marketing communications by email and text message where you have agreed (see Sections 6 and 7);- Respond to your questions and resolve problems;- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and security issues; and- Comply with our legal obligations.
3. How We Share Your InformationWe do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:- Service providers who help us operate, including our payment providers (CardPointe and Plug-N-Pay), our membership platform provider (mywashclub.com), and providers for our website, hosting, and messaging;- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others; and- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this Policy.
4. Payment Processing (CardPointe and Plug-N-Pay)All card payments are processed through our third-party payment providers, CardPointe (CardConnect) and Plug-N-Pay (Plug and Pay Technologies, Inc.). When you enter payment card information at our kiosk or online, that information is transmitted to and handled by these providers. They are responsible for the storage, transmission, and processing of cardholder data once it is received by their systems, and use strong cryptographic security in accordance with PCI DSS requirements. 3C Rinse and Roll does not store your full payment card number. Each provider's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy practices.
5. Membership PlatformOur Wash Club is administered through a third-party membership platform (mywashclub.com) at 3crr.mywashclub.com. Your account, membership, and billing information for the Wash Club is processed and stored by that platform on our behalf, subject to its own security and privacy practices.
6. Data RetentionWe keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Services, then for as long as necessary to meet legal, tax, accounting, and dispute-resolution obligations. You may request deletion as described in Section 10.
7. Text Message (SMS) CommunicationsIf you provide your mobile number and opt in, we may send you text messages about your account, membership, promotions, and offers.- Consent: By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational texts at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase.- Frequency and cost: Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.- Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help.- We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.
8. Email Marketing and Your ChoicesIf you opt in, we may send promotional emails. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email or by contacting us at 3crinseandroll@gmail.com. We will still send transactional messages related to your account and membership.

11. Data SecurityWe maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information, consistent with the New York SHIELD Act and applicable law. 12. ChildrenOur Services are not directed to, and we do not knowingly collect information from, anyone under the age of 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it.
